Service is great! Food tastes awesome but a little bit on the pricy side

The service was good, but the food was a bit too wok hei for my liking.

Food was delicious and waitstaff attentive. Would give 5 stars but they didnt clean a chair and we got dirty pants. Told them and when we left had to tell them again. Gross

Edible, but bland and greasy and not what curry is supposed to taste like. Spice mix is way off balance. Nice server and decent beer available though.

Amazing place! Amazing staff! Even better food! It took a while for us to go there but we sure are glad that we did. Definitely will be coming back here soon.

Great service. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I love the upgrades. It pops as soon as you enter. Only wish my main course would have been served after I was Done with my starters.

The food is magnificent, and the portion sizes are very generous. The service was very friendly and quick. I had the creamy curry noodles, medium spice, and it was very satisfying. The Vietnamese iced coffee was wonderful as well. Highly recommended by this noodle lover, and I will certainly return!

Great pad thai, very good authentic food.

Place is nice and clean. Thai milk tea was good. Had the rare beef pho. A bit too much bean sprout and not enough beef, but overall good experience. Will return.

Every dish I'd had from this restaurant, whether take out or dining in, has been hot, delicious, well spiced/seasoned and fairly priced. Add in courteous service and it makes for a great lunch or dinner!

The seating is MUCH more comfortable than it used to be and the staff were very nice. My Pad Thai was ok but not great

Delicious food, and nice atmosphere

One of my favourite stops when I am in Fredericton, the food is delicious & well presented. Having Gluten Free options & even a Vegan menu makes this place a great choice for a night out or even bringing the family.

Excellent food with quick courteous service. Decor and background music great. Booths provide privacy. Dine in and takeout.Very enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.

Best place for Pho in town! I’m absolutely in love with this restaurant. They have amazing and quick service and the interior design is very cozy.

I have only been here once at this point (will return definitely) I felt the price was fair, the servings more than ample, the service great and the atmosphere was fine though not fancy it was comfortable more like a family restaurant. Had milk tea for the first time, delicious! and the soup was very nice, rich flavor from the light broth and great texture of the noodles and meat. I hope to update this review in the future when I have more visits under my belt for a more well rounded review.If you want a more authentic Asian cuisine experience and less north American in flavor this is worth the visit at the very least.

You can enjoy tasty noodle and crispy wontons for lunch.

“How Long does it take for a bowl of hot water?”, quipped my dining partner. Never mind the unfriendly hostess with the markings of a choke chain tattooed around her neck, telling us how short staffed they were and that they couldn’t seat us just because there were empty tables. Nor worry about how long it took just to order or that there were any bean sprouts in our pho. It was an okay meal and sadly a far cry from their more humble beginnings as Saigon Noodle House. The former restaurant had one waitress and host and she was faster than the 6 plus angry mule tonight. As to my earlier posit — it took an hour. We won’t be back.

Always the best service! The main dishes are incredible, prices are very reasonable for the quality. The chicken spring rolls may be the best appetizer in the city.

Everything is delicious, but the spice scale seems a little off, the Street Pad Thai just one notch under the hottest tasted as if it had no spice. But the broth, noodles, appetizers... Everything is delicious.

Excellent food, the only reason I didn't go 5 stars is it's a little expensive. Separate vegan menu and staff that are very knowledgeable. Very happy with No. 1 Noodle

Second time eating here today and I loved it! The food was quite literally the best I've had. So many options! The meat was tender and delicious, the peanut sauce was amazing, and the veggies were all so fresh. 6/5, highly recommend!!

Best pho noodles in town by a country mile...

Delicious! Had been in under previous management and was disappointed. This time the food came so quickly and was very fresh. Interior is clean and modern. Service was excellent and prices were reasonable. I'm glad we gave it another chance!!!

We go for the pho soup (rare beef for us!) and it is always worth the trip across the river. Even on a busy night the service is prompt and the quality is top notch!

Thai food done wrong! Ordered the chicken spring rolls and tom yum soup. The soup broth was not delicious, flavoured way too strongly with ginger and with artificial lime juice. The spring rolls barley had any fillings, just a bit of awkwardly cut carrots inside cooked in stale oil. I would not recommend this place

It's a good pho place. Could use a better quality meat though. And get a decent sauce for the rolls please.

My wife and I love Pho and they make very very tasty and fresh pho!! A+++ we're hooked.

I ordered delivery. They were friendly and calm when I called at supper hour - always a sign of a well staffed well run restaurant if you ask me. My food arrived steaming hot and in excellent time. The wonton soup, creamy curry noodles, and papaya salad were all amazing. Lots of fresh veggies, which I find so many places skimp on these days. Would definitely recommend!

Yellow curry was delicious...but wish I had of gotten it on rice instead of noodles. Really good portions sizes. Enough for lunch tomorrow. :)

Authentic beautiful dishes that satisfy every sensory experience. Staff are so friendly and take time to explain the dishes. Trust me you will want to return again and again!

Customer service was friendly. Flavours were there in dishes but lacked substance. The only vegetables in the Thai dishes we received were broccoli and maybe two pieces of thin carrot slices. Very cheap. Also bought a soup but the broth melted the styrofoam so much it could not be eaten.

Hot, fast and delicious!I came in around 12:30pm for lunch, the restaurant was busy but not crowded. I was greeted and promptly seated and shown the lunch specials.I ordered the Chicken Pho from the lunch menu and a glass of water. The food was served within 5 minutes of me ordering, it was hot, had fresh ingredients and was delicious.A nice bonus were the wontons and dip I was served as a side with my Pho, not sure if missed that part of the special but it was a nice addition!The restaurant environment is clean and modern with a relaxed atmosphere and lovely artwork on the walls.If you like Pho, curry or other Viet-Thai food I would recommend trying this place!

Amazing food and very accommodating.My family has been coming here everytime we drive in to visit my sister. We have always been served with excellence and efficacy. My mom has sensitivity to loud sounds (speakers or drink stations) and the staff is very understanding with finding us a quiet table.The food has, by far, the best yellow curry. I have never had tamarind stir fry before and I have high expectations of other restaurants who also serve that now.10/10
